My Background & PCOS Journey

I'm Mercy Waithira Mwangi, a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My fitness journey began 15 years ago, with a simple goal to stay fit and healthy. But suddenly, my health took an unexpected turn. I was diagnosed with PCOS, which caused weight gain, acne, and hormonal imbalance.

Initially, I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and discouraged. But what first seemed like a setback pushed me to reclaim my health. Drawing on my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, I began experimenting with strategies that helped manage my health.

During this journey, I've achieved my goals, regained confidence, and discovered the magic of combining fitness and nutrition in overcoming health issues like PCOS.

I relocated to Dubai six years ago, where I developed skills that have empowered me to serve my clients effectively. Over this time, I have pursued certifications to enhance my expertise:
